5. What shipping methods are available?

The Wholesale Store provides several delivery options, depending on the size of the order, shipment weight, and destination country:

• Courier shipments – Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–7 business days from order confirmation. Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate and calculated at checkout based on the shipment weight.

• Pallet shipping – Designed for larger-volume orders. Preparation time ranges from 3 to 10 business days. Pallet transport costs are calculated at checkout or determined individually and indicated on the pro forma invoice.

• Personal pickup / own transport – Available under Incoterms EXW (Kraków, Poland). Upon release of the goods, responsibility for further transportation transfers to the Buyer.

All shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. Once the shipment has been dispatched, a tracking number is provided to enable shipment monitoring.
