1. Can I change the delivery address or phone number after placing an order?

For unpaid orders, you can make changes to the address, phone number, and shipping method. 

For orders paid or cash on delivery (within Poland), the ability to make changes depends on the processing stage. If the package has not yet been packed and shipped, you can still correct the details. To make changes, please contact the store customer service immediately.

*Exception - orders paid via PayPal - according to the operator's rules, the shipment must be sent to the address indicated when placing the order.
