3. How to check the status of an order placed as a guest?

For orders placed as a guest, access to the customer panel is not available. The order status can be checked as follows:

• By email – contact the customer service department and provide the order number
• By phone – contact the customer service department to receive information about the current status of the order

Additionally, the system automatically sends email notifications when the order starts being packed and when it is shipped. This allows ongoing tracking of the order, including shipping information and tracking number.
