Can I change the delivery address or phone number after placing an order?

For unpaid orders, we can update the address, phone number, and shipping method.

For paid orders or those placed with cash on delivery (in Poland), changes depend on the order processing stage – if the package has not yet been packed and shipped, we will try to update the details.
 * An exception applies to PayPal orders – according to their policy, the shipment must be sent to the address provided at checkout, and we cannot modify it afterward.
