1. How to replace the spring in a replica with a quick spring change system?

To replace the spring, you will need tools depending on the model and manufacturer.

Most commonly, you will need an allen key, a phillips screwdriver, and a flathead screwdriver.

Below, we present spring replacement methods for the most popular replica platforms:

AR10 / AR15

First, remove the stock and unscrew the buffer tube. Be careful with the wires inside the tube (damaged wires are not covered by warranty).

After removing the buffer tube, rotate the spring guide and take it out together with the spring.

Insert the new spring and reinstall the spring guide in the same position as before.

Reinstall the buffer tube and then the stock.

AK / PPK

Remove the dust cover and fold the stock to the side.

Unscrew the screw that stabilizes the spring guide (if it is installed).

Rotate the spring guide and remove it together with the spring.

Insert the new spring and reinstall the spring guide in the same way as it was originally installed (make sure the guide is aligned properly).

The teeth on the spring guide must fit into the cutouts inside the gearbox.

Tighten the stabilizing screw, unfold the stock, and reinstall the dust cover.
