2. What to do if the replica does not respond to the trigger?

No response when pulling the trigger is a common issue that you can often fix yourself without sending the replica in for warranty repair.

First, check if your battery is fully functional and connected to the replica correctly.

You can test the battery by using it in another replica or by connecting a LiPo alarm (for Li-Po / Li-Ion batteries), which will show whether the cell voltage is correct.

If the battery is charged and working properly but the replica still does not function, check the wires, the fuse, and the connectors.

If the replica still does not work, check whether the motor connectors are properly attached.

A common issue is that the wires come loose from the motor by themselves.

To check this, you need to remove the motor plate from the pistol grip or remove the entire grip.

Inspect the wiring and reconnect the wires correctly (red connector to the red dot on the motor, black connector on the opposite side).
